SmartyMeet user types & roles

SmartyMeet account roles are based on the abilities of a user who has access.

Each user will belong to one of the roles below, and different roles have their unique privilege. 

 

There are three roles in the accounts

Administrator (Tenant Admin):

-Create instant meetings or meetings for later.

- You can add new users in your organization (Team Plan)

-Invite others for a meeting.

-Deactivate users

-You have access to your meeting history.

-Get a copy of your invoices.

-Change your password.

-Add, change, or delete card information.

-Also add or change billing and address information.

-You have access to the waiting room 

-Own URL

 

Regular user:  

-Create instant meetings or for later.

-Invite others for a meeting.

-You have access to your meeting history.

-Change your password.

-You have access to the waiting room 

-Own URL

 

Guest:

-Can attend the meeting.
