Write your question to Boe, you can be sure that your question will be confidential and visible only to you, providing you with the highest level of privacy and discretion.

We enthusiastically encourage you to take advantage of this extraordinary resource, which has been expertly designed to enhance your meeting experience and make it as seamless and productive as possible.

Pre-Meeting

Once you are creating a meeting, you will be able to ask Boe information about the person you will have the meeting, 

1. Click on the person icon next to the name of your guest.
2. You will see a second window where you can ask Boe about this person.
3. You can ask general or specific questions.  

In addition, by clicking directly on Boe on the right side of the screen, you can ask him any general question no longer related to your guest.

During the meeting

1. You can ask Boe general questions and he will give you answers that only you will be able to see. 

You will be able to find Boe on the right side of the screen by clicking this icon:

Post-Meeting 

1. You can ask Boe to help you to edit your notes. You just have to select the paragraph that you want to edit or modify

2. Or you can find him on the right side of the screen and ask him a general question.

Contacts

Another way to ask Boe is by going straight to contacts.

1. You just have to select the contact that you want to know about.
2. And Boe will give you all the information about this contact and some links.
