Usage Instructions
After each video call, Your meeting notes can be automatically synced with HubSpot. We believe that your meeting notes are more valuable when they are automatically synced up to the places where you already work.
Installation
Navigate to the SmartyMeet app page and sign in as Administrator. Go to Settings and locate the HubSpot in the Connected Apps card in CRM section. Press the “Connect” button.
Then the system will ask You to log in to Your HubSpot account.
After You log in, choose your HubSpot account and connect with SmartyMeet.
We don't store any of your data and don’t do anything other than create meetings and provide You notes after meetings. SmartyMeet will ask you to grant the following permissions:
- View details about account users and their permissions.
- View properties and other details about contacts.
- Create, delete, or make changes to contacts.
We are currently awaiting approval from HubSpot. Until we have it, You will see this banner when connecting SmartyMeet.
When You connect SmartyMeet with HubSpot, You will see a green notification “Connected” next to HubSpot.
How to connect the user
Navigate to the SmartyMeet app page and sign in as Administrator. Go to Settings and locate the HubSpot in the Connected Apps card in CRM section. Press the “Configuration” button.
Choose the user account you want to connect and press “Link account”.
Next, link SmartyMeet user with his HubSpot user account.
When the user is linked, You will see it on the list.
